After free initial meetings to get to know one another and talk about your business, you'll know if it's right for you and if you wanted to get moving. 

Everyone's business is different but some of the things you might want could be:

• one-on-one workshops to talk at length about your business and what you want to achieve 
• a professionally built financial model of your business that can be easily updated as your business grows
• working together with the numbers, finding ways of improving your business’ performance
• suggestions about what to measure and helping you and/or your bookkeeper set up simple systems and do it.  It could just be a tally board.
• a set of professional projections for 2 years, including cash flows, that you can use for reference, budgets, valuation, investors, lenders or selling your business
  
• a second ‘if I make changes’ target set of projections to aim for

You’ll then have a plan that can grow and change with your business, to measure your progress against and know if, and where, things are going right or wrong.
